Forward Eco provides information about home-energy upgrades and manages customer enquiries and projects through assessment, design or proposal, installation and completion.

Information is not a guaranteed quotation or eligibility decision

Online information, grant figures and eligibility guidance are provided to help you understand the current position. A website result or preliminary conversation does not guarantee scheme eligibility, grant approval, technical suitability, installation cost, savings or a particular installation outcome.

Government schemes can change

Grant amounts, scheme rules and availability can change. We aim to keep information current, but the official scheme rules and the position confirmed through the formal process take priority.

Technical assessment and installation

Forward Eco manages the customer journey and project process. Where specialist technical assessment, design, advice or installation work is required, it may be carried out by appropriately qualified specialists as part of the Forward Eco delivery process.

Where the Boiler Upgrade Scheme applies, the heat-pump installation must be completed by an MCS-certified installer and the installer handles the formal BUS application.

Customer information

You should provide accurate information and tell us if material circumstances change. Technical decisions must not be based solely on a short online enquiry or property check.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or change website features when reasonably required.
