Our first step is deliberately simple. We collect enough information to understand the property, current heating and ownership position. A detailed technical assessment is only arranged later, if the enquiry is suitable and you choose to proceed.
What Forward Eco does
Forward Eco manages and coordinates the customer journey: initial enquiry, qualification, explanation of the proposed route, contribution discussions where relevant, and progression into the technical installation stage.
Who installs the system?
Technical assessment and installation are carried out by appropriately qualified installation partners. For Boiler Upgrade Scheme heat-pump projects, this includes MCS-certified installers. Other scheme or measure requirements, including PAS 2030 or TrustMark requirements, are applied where they are relevant.

What could affect the final installation?
Every property is different. The technical stage may identify changes such as a hot-water cylinder, radiator upgrades, electrical work or other installation requirements. Nothing should be assumed from the online form alone.
Customer contribution
Some homes can require additional work beyond grant support.
Technical design
The certified installation partner completes the detailed survey and design.
