Forward Eco is designed to work with only the essential technologies required to operate the website, submit enquiries securely and protect the admin area. We do not need advertising cookies merely to let you submit a heat-pump enquiry.

Essential technologies

Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for security, admin authentication and functions you specifically request. These are not used to build advertising profiles.

Campaign attribution

If you arrive using an advertising or referral link, the enquiry may include campaign parameters that are already present in the page address, such as UTM values or advertising click identifiers. Where possible, Forward Eco records these when you actively submit the enquiry rather than placing extra advertising cookies simply for this purpose.

Future analytics and advertising

Forward Eco may later use tools from platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok to measure advertising and improve campaigns. Where those tools require consent under UK privacy rules, they will be held back until you make a consent choice. This notice will be updated when such tools are introduced.
