Who we are

Forward Eco is a trading brand operated by Moxley Local Limited (company number 16081520), registered at 24 Market Street, Oakengates, Telford, England, TF2 6ED. For the purposes of UK data-protection law, Moxley Local Limited is the controller of personal information collected through this website and the Forward Eco enquiry process.

Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address information, your relationship to the property, current heating information, property details, preferred contact time, enquiry notes and the source or campaign that brought you to Forward Eco.

If you progress beyond an initial enquiry, we may also collect information reasonably needed to assess eligibility, coordinate the project, explain a customer contribution, obtain consent and progress the enquiry with an installation partner.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to your requested enquiry, assess and qualify the opportunity, contact you about that enquiry, coordinate the customer journey, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, measure the performance of our acquisition channels, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

Our lawful bases

For responding to and progressing an enquiry you have requested, our lawful basis will normally be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or our legitimate interests in operating the Forward Eco service. Where the law requires consent — for example, certain electronic direct marketing or non-essential advertising technologies — we ask for it separately.

Installation partners

If you choose to progress, we may share relevant information with the appropriately qualified installation partner handling the technical assessment, design or installation. We only share information that is reasonably needed for that stage of the customer journey. The identity of the relevant partner will be made clear as the project progresses.

Advertising and technology providers

We may use advertising, analytics, communications, hosting and database providers to operate and measure the service. Non-essential advertising or tracking technologies are not intended to be activated on this website until the appropriate consent mechanism is in place. Native lead forms supplied by advertising platforms may also be used in future campaigns; their own privacy information will apply alongside this notice.

Marketing

Submitting a heat-pump enquiry does not automatically sign you up for unrelated future marketing. If we ask whether you want broader Forward Eco marketing by email, text or another electronic channel, that choice will be presented separately and will not be required in order to submit an enquiry. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, follow-up, record-keeping, fraud prevention and legal purposes. Non-progressing enquiry records are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation on a retention cycle. If an enquiry becomes an installation or contractual matter, relevant records may need to be retained for longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
