Eligible oil or LPG properties without a mains-gas connection can currently receive £9,000 towards an eligible air-to-water heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme until 31 March 2027.

Why this matters
Some off-gas properties currently receive more support.
The standard Boiler Upgrade Scheme amount for an eligible air-to-water heat pump is £7,500. Until 31 March 2027, certain properties heated by oil or LPG with no mains-gas connection can receive an additional £1,500.

You do not need to provide floor plans, detailed radiator measurements or a technical survey through the online form. Forward Eco starts with the property location, ownership and current heating. If the enquiry is suitable and you choose to proceed, the detailed technical assessment is completed later by an appropriately qualified installation partner.
